Now with the new state-of-the-art, WineStation® from Napa Technology, you can! The WineStation® is a self-service, computerized wine-dispensing system, temperature-controlled, and is pre-calibrated for accurate pours every time.
It is American-made, and the first-of-its-kind in Louisiana. The Vieux Carre' Gourmet, just installed two WineStations® in The Bistro. The WineStation® is available every day for your enjoyment. Come in, purchase a SmartCard (like a debit card, but only smarter) and choose from a full glass (6 oz), a half glass (3 oz) or a sample taste (1oz). Eight (8) wines are available from our WineStation®. Learn about different wines, from around the world, sip by sip. Each wine is dispensed at the perfect drinking temperature, ready for your approval. How great is that? Now, if you'd like to get a taste of something new, stop in and check out our WineStation®.
